Professional experiences
My First work experience was with SITEL PALAWAN, SITEL is an international BPO company who caters USA and United kingdom based clients. I worked as Financial support and technical support under our client company World pay from FIS. We handle chat, email and calls, our main duties is to assist world pay's clients which is Merchants for small and medium scale businesses in US and UK for their Point of sale system, we walk through, process payment, reversal and more with the use of Salesforce, CRM, DPI, HUB. We also have some admin task, we set up account of the merchant, note every important information that have been done to the account and also we investigate, lost amount, dispute and many more.
My Second work experience was with The Results Companies, The results companies is also an internationalBPO company who caters Western and European clients. I worked as Retention specialist under the company client SiriusXM, I answer escalation calls from tier 1 agents and My main duties is to do everything I can do to retain the customer and Prevent them for canceling their services.
My Third work experience was with IBEX GLOBAL, IBEX GLOBAL is also an international BPO company who caters Western and European clients. I worked as account manager under the company client Frontier Communications, I answer customers concerns trough live chat, our main duties is to explain billing invoices, process adjustment for the bill, process payments, escalate issues in the internet services.
After almost 5 years of working in BPO industries, I decided to resign and try my luck in Freelancing and work with international clients independently, as I already have knowledge and skills in video editing and graphic design in my Sr. Highschool days and have experience working with local clients.
I have able to land my first client after 1 week of resigning in BPO industry and it is with 4 data points , my main task is to manage the social media account, craft graphic designs for Facebook and and Instagram post, edit short form videos. Not long after landing my first client I have able to secure new client JP Warrent . I help him with his networking companies, Exec Crüe, Crüe club, Connection crue. JP communicate with his clients with the use of Content Creation, I create graphic visuals for the social media accounts of his companies and majority of the content is short form video, I help him craft the content and I take over with
the editing and cleaning of the video, he will just send the raw videos, after editing I also Handle the tiktok account and I do the SEO and Strategic posting in the Energy_crue and Youcrue Tiktok account.
JP Warren was really amazed with my editing skills and with his help I was able to work with The Panther Companies as their Marketing video editor, they want an interview style video for the insiders of The Panther Companies and we have able to complete the project smoothly and deliver it to the marketing team for posting in the Company website, social media accounts and Youtube channel.
My most recent project is a Youtube Channel and my main role is a Content Manager. As a Content Manager
I do research about content topics and I help the client to plan and script the content and after we establish a
strong content script, I do the rest for the editing, I am the one who create the animation and download the video and image b-rolls and other assets needed for the video, once completed it is directly submitted to the client and if there's no adjustment needed it proceed for the posting which client is the one who handle.
My greatest achievement working with this client is we have able to reach monetization for just short period of time and increase the subscriber count drastically from 400 when we start working together to 1600 subscribers, it is not a big number but it is a huge achievement from 0% performance channel to a monetized YouTube Channel.

I have dreamed of obtaining youtube monetization and actually being able to earn revenue from YouTube for so long even before creating my own YouTube channel. Finally, in 2022 I decided to start my very own YouTube channel and begin the process of posting videos onto YouTube for the world to see. In starting, I knew I wanted to succeed in starting and growing a YouTube channel and audience, however there is always that cast of doubt if I will ever make it as a YouTuber and get views and subscribers, especially in the beginning when every video posted to YouTube gets little to no views and traction. Finally through consistently uploading videos to YouTube and getting better at the YouTube process, I finally earned monetization on my YouTube channel and got accepted into the YouTube partner program where I begin to earn ad revenue through YouTube from the ads that are displayed on my channel. As a small creator, getting monetized on YouTube was a dream for me so accomplishing that goal was truly an amazing achievement. I reflected back to before starting my youtube channel and I remember that I would always think about what it would like if I ever got monetized on YouTube. I was always curious about how much advertisers on YouTube paid once you hit YouTube monetization, and therefore, I would always watch YouTube videos from small youtube creators who had just reached YouTube monetization sharing on how much they earned through YouTube ad revenue in their fist month monetized. I too breakdown in this video exactly how much YouTube paid me in my first month monetized as a member of the youTube partner program who now earns ad revenue from the ads that play on my YouTube videos. There are several factors that determine how much you will earn from YouTube ad revenue once you are monetized and the biggest factor is the YouTube CPM of your specific niche, channel, and videos on YouTube. CPM refers to Cost Per Mille and refers to how much advertisers are willing to pay for 1,000 views on your YouTube video. For content, like mine in the finance and business space it has one of the highest YouTube CPMS on the entire platform as advertisers deem that my content and the audience that is watching the videos is very valuable for them to content as they can sell and advertise high ticket items such as tools, services, courses, trainings, etc to my audience for them to grow their businesses.
